DESCRIPTION OF FUME HOOD CHEMICAL STORAGE CABINET

TYPE OF DESIGN & AIRFLOW	Aerodynamic, Dynamic Bypass Type
CONSTRUCTION EXTERIOR	18 gauge (1.2mm thick) for Body,16 Gauge(1.6mm Thk) for Pillar and base Body heavy duty, durable G.I’ with rigid structure, corrosion & abrasion resistant epoxy powder coating. Specially designed inlet opening for air to enter from outside lab atmosphere.
CONSTRUCTION INTERIOR	Working chamber with easily cleanable & Phenolic Resin Laminates’ (6mm thick) & smooth finish. Chemical  heat resistant.
3-POINT SUCTION SYSTEM	Fixed Baffle with 3 point suction arrangement for light, heavy & normal fumes ensuring smooth airflow patterns. It is factory tuned for optimal airflow characteristics.
LOW PROFILE AIROFOIL	Its sergonimiacally designed to provide obstruction free access to the hood interior. Aerodynamic, s.s. make aero foil mounted on front of the work top to direct air flow, smoothly through work top to 3 point suction baffle system. Sash can be rest on aero foil when completely closed.
EPOXY COATED GRID	Grids attached to the baffles, for supporting & clamping purpose of instruments.
WORKTOP & SINK ARRANGEMENT	Chemical resistant splash & spillage proof dished ‘Jet Black Granite’ worktop (19 to 20mm) . PP cup sink with capsule design is flush mounted on worktop.
UTILITY SERVICE FITTINGS	Total 3 nos. forged brass valve body & outlet with ‘Hi grade Polyethylene’ plumbing and remotely operated knobs as per international colour coding (DIN 12920 standard). 1. Water (L) 2.Compressed Air 3. N2.
SASH (SHUTTER)	‘Vertical’ sash with Toughened glass sash (5 mm thick) With pully and counter balance arrangement for smooth and light sash operation.
LIGHTING	Led Light with vapour proof light fitting for proper illumination. Intensity approx. 400lux at worktop level 1 No.
ELECTRICAL UTILITIES	4 nos. electrical sockets ‘Northwest’ or Roma make (230 V, 5/15 A,50 Hz), 4 nos. ‘Northwest’ make MCBs & light switch on front fascia.
TEMPERATURE INDICATOR	Temperature sensor with probe and 1m length wire, with digital indicator fitted at fume hood pillar. Temperature range (1-100◦C) (Optional)
CABLE ENTERING PORT	For easy access of cables from fume hood to electrical sockets, port is provided.
BLOWER STARTER	Inbuilt blower starter, will be provide by us to make operation smoother separate switch button will be provide on front side for operating it.
Blower stand and Ducting Clamp, fittings	M.S. Construction stand frame for blower. Clamps for ducting support, and misc. hardware.
FLOW CONTROL VALVE (DAMPER)	To regulate exhaust airflow.
NOISE LEVEL (DAMPER)	Less than 70db
CHEMICAL STORAGE CABINET	Chemical storage Base cabinet will have ‘Phenolic Resin Laminates’ lining to ensure high resistance to all chemical fumes. It will have exhaust ports provided at the back panel & Connected to exhaust system internally. Entire structure is made up of square tubes (14 gauge) panels to provide rigid support to Fume hood. Epoxy powder coating is done for better aesthetics high chemical resistivity. Horizontal panels. It has double skin hinged doors.
Centrifugal Blower	Silent PP + FRP high efficiency remote blower, consisting of continuous rating motor and chemical resistant impeller. It satisfies international safe velocity norms.
Construction	SISW type, chemical heat resistant PP + FRP blower with aerodynamically balanced impeller, with drain plug.
Air Suction Capacity	CFM confirming to international face velocity norms and as per safe fume hood airflow pattern.
Motor	(Single Phase) , direct drive, continuous rating. As per IS 325.

STORAGE CABINET Appratus type	storage Base cabinet will have GI Pipe frame structure with 1 mm sheet . It has double skin hinged doors.
Ducting	PVC Rigid and Flexible Ducting of 15 Ft Included in fume hood cost if more than 15 Ft is required it will cost 850Rs/RFT.
Blower PP + FRP	Factory tuned casing with 5 mm PP +Frp Body with PP made balancing fan ,SIWS Type, areodynamic balance,direct drive with 1 hp motor (Hindusthan or crompton make ). 1 Yr Warranty.
Blower Inbuilt TYPE	Centrifugal Blower made of ABS plastic outer and blade ,with single phase motor.(China Make) No Warranty

the machines and furniture as per requirements.
2. Validation-: validation also provide by our company repetative team done. Customer site location or before
Dispatch the machine at our factory location validation Done . Depends on client requirements.
3. Transport-: as per client requirement transportation Arrange by our team also courier the material through by Road or by air.
4. Site engineer-: in case any issue come to the machine our Engineer will be visit in next day in customer site(depends On customer location).
